Robotel is firmly committed to upholding the most rigorous standards of privacy and data protection for all individuals engaging with our platform. We fully acknowledge the inherent sensitivity of audio data and maintain complete transparency regarding our data handling protocols. Our internal policies are designed to meet and exceed industry benchmarks, ensuring that user privacy is protected.
For any recording using SmartClass AI, all audio data belongs to the student and is only used to evaluate the quality of the conversation.
Specifically, the following conditions apply:
- Non-Storage of Audio Files: Raw end-user audio recordings are processed temporarily in memory solely to generate textual transcripts. Once the transcription task is complete, the audio data is instantaneously and permanently discarded. Robotel strictly abstains from storing, archiving, or retaining the original audio files.
- Exclusion from AI Model Training: Under no circumstances is the audio data received from end-users employed to train, retrain, or enhance the models of Robotel’s third-party AI service providers.
- Utilization of Transcripts: Audio transcripts of user-spoken answers are securely stored for critical reporting purposes. They provide a clear, documented, and verifiable record of user interactions. This retention ensures transparency and accuracy, allowing us to include the user's exact responses in performance reports and activity reviews.
Absolutely no student data is stored or used by these 3rd parties, other than the AI engines we use to evaluate the recordings.
We use these 2 AI engines for our activities:
1- Gemini
Gemini doesn't use prompts or its responses as data to train its models. Some features are only available through the Gemini for Google Cloud Trusted Tester Program, which lets you optionally share data, but the data is used for product improvements, not for training Gemini models.

2- Speech Ace
Speech Ace does not use audio data to train machine learning models. Data passed to the API belongs to you and is only used to serve your requests or support you.
