When using SmartClass LIVE, the Teacher and Student LIVE apps will need to have uninterrupted communication.

To achieve that, your institution's LAN network needs to be configured to handle persistent TCP/IP client-server connections. This is to allow the Student LIVE apps (clients) connecting to the Teacher LIVE app (server) with their TCP/IP connections to stay open for bi-directional data transmissions during the entire time of LIVE class operations.

SmartClass LIVE needs consistent, fully-open LAN network connectivity between Teacher and Student apps, where TCP/IP connections must allow to be maintained on a persistent basis regardless of the level of data loads being transmitted inside these connections.
