When installing any SmartClass apps, the Windows Firewall will ask you to create some exceptions and accept all of them.
Check all the types of networks the computers can be connected to (Private, Public, Domain).
If the firewall doesn't ask for exceptions, you may need to add them manually.
The following SmartClass executable files should be permitted to go through the firewall on computers and your network for our installed apps.

These firewall or anti-virus exceptions can be created by your IT department.
They can be applied to individual files, and/or to complete folders.
Only an administrator user can create them.
Local Windows users won't have the needed credentials to create these exceptions.
