When installing any SmartClass apps, the Windows Firewall will open some windows asking you to create exceptions. It is essential to allow all of these exceptions to ensure the proper functioning of SmartClass applications.
It is recommended to configure your network to Private or Domain settings when operating a SmartClass Lab. Make sure that each computer network card is set to Private or Domain.
The following SmartClass executable files should be permitted to go through the firewall on computers and your network for our installed apps.

If the firewall exceptions windows are not displayed during the installation and initial operation of the SmartClass applications, please contact your IT department for assistance. They will be able to add these exceptions to your End-Point solution or School Firewall central management system.
Please note that these configurations require an administrator account with appropriate privileges, whether local or network-based.
